Eiffel Tower Restaurant has good food and is romantic with a nice view.

Maybe a place like Sinatra or Picasso?

lots of good places but I think in terms of setting, ambiance and overall experience the SW STEAKHOUSE at Encore is difficult to beat. It's a romantic setting looking over the lake area with a periodical water, music and light show. I think it's a good option.
